• Who are you?

• Do you sell at cons? 

I try to when my schedule permits it! I usually table once or twice a year at local cons with ICARUS, and I usually sell all my merch at a discounted price as a way to show my appreciation for people who take the trouble to visit our physical booth. Please follow my twitter or instagram for con schedule updates!

• Where do you ship from? 
  

I'm based in Singapore.

• How do you ship your merch?
  

Everything will be shipped in a bubble mailer via Singpost Registered Mail. You'll receive an email containing a tracking number once your order's been shipped. 

• When will you ship your merch?
  

It may take between 1-10 days for me to ship your order. I usually do my mail runs on Saturdays!

• How long will preorders take?
  

Preordered merchandise will take approximately 2-3 weeks to reach me after orders have been closed. After which I will proceed to pack and send everything out, following the above timeline. 

• What if I bought a mix of preordered and in-stock merch at the same time?
  

I'll hold onto everything until the preordered item arrives to save on shipping for you by default. Let me know if you'd like to have them shipped separately.

• Do you sell prints?
  

Maybe next time! I'm not very confident about packaging and sending prints on my own as of now. You can poke around on my Society6 page if you'd like, though.
